Hello, and thanks for stopping by my page!  I am Mrs. Romero, and I am so happy to be the Resource teacher working with students with Individual Education Plans here at Chappelow!

A little bit about me:

I was born and raised in Northern Colorado, and have lived in Greeley for over 20 years.  I have a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from New Mexico State University (Go Aggies!), and this will be my 8th year teaching at Chappelow, and my 27th year teaching special education!  My previous teaching experiences have been at Cameron Elementary School and Monfort Elementary School here in Greeley, at Eyestone Elementary School (K-6) in Wellington, CO, and at White Sands K-8 School on White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.

I’m looking forward to a great year here at Chappelow!  I love working with my students and I find it so exciting and rewarding when I see them learning and growing!
