My name is Oscar Caro I have been working with District 6 since 2003 and with Bella Romero since I started.  I have a daughter who graduated from AIMS college with a Psychology degree.   I have 6 brothers and 3 sisters. I enjoy fishing, walking, and working on my yard.  I love being part of Bella's Family!
