- include multiple layers of fabric

Welcome to the Chappelow health office. Currently we are not in the health office because of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. The health office is open 8:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday. During this time, Rose is in the health office. Liz is in the building once a week (usually on Thursday).The health office serves multiple functions. We see students and staff for illness or injury during the school day, administer prescribed medications, maintain medical and immunization records. Additionally, we can serve as an interface between health care providers and teachers. If your student has health issues, let us know, we can help!If your student needs medication at school, we need a completed physician authorization form, with a parent signature. Bring the authorization and medication (in pharmacy labeled packaging) to the health office to get started.
