The annual Parent Survey is now available for completion by District 6 parents. The purpose of the survey is to give our parents an opportunity to give feedback about the school their student attends, and to measure parent satisfaction across the district. Beginning on Tuesday, January 25, 2016, paper survey forms for the Parent Survey are available at each school. Additionally, parents at all schools have access to take the survey online through a link on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal homepage. The link will be available until March 1, 2016. Both the paper survey form and the electronic survey is available in English and Spanish, and additional translations may be available upon request through the school. If parents have any questions regarding the Parent Survey, they are encouraged to call their school.
