Mr. Jarrod Mora

Hey, I'm Mr. Mora and this is my 7th year at Heiman. I graduated from UNC with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in K-12 Physical Education. I believe all students deserve a chance to succeed and that starts with us as teachers. We can be the difference makers, the ones who inspire, but we must be willing to put in the work to do so. The difference between the impossible and possible lies in a person's determination. When I'm not at school, I enjoy time with my wife and kids, whether it's going on road trips, cooking, playing outside, being dinosaurs, having dance parties around the house, going on random Sonic runs for peach tea and tater tots. We definitely have lots of adventures. I love Heiman because I was given the opportunity to teach and shape young minds. This is the only school I've been taught at; this school is all I know and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!
