HI!

My name is Mr. B (Robby Bustrum) and I am the Physical Education teacher here at Monfort Elementary.. This will be my 18th year as a PE teacher and my 6th year at Monfort Elementary!I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Education. When I am not teaching, I enjoy watching all sports and spending time with my two daughters and wife.

Physical EDUCATION is something that I believe strongly in. I believe that providing knowledge to students in a variety of activities and settings will allow all students to choose activites for themselves that they enjoy and want to participate in for a life time. I am always looking for new and exciting ways to incorporate life long health related fitness into my classroom as well as to encourge collaboration among students and with myself.

I am a big fan of using technology to enhance student learning and engagememnt in PE and I encourage students to find new and different ways to use technology on their own. Getting students up and moving is getting more challenging and technology is a hurdle that isn't going away anytime soon, so I want them to use it to their advantage.
