The Leader in Me
The Leader in Me (LiM) is an evidence-based, comprehensive school improvement model—developed in partnership with educators—that empowers students with the leadership and life-skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.
Many people equate leadership with a formal position of authority. But we believe anyone can be a leader by intentionally leading one’s own life (leading self) and working well with and encouraging the greatness in others—whether family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues (leading others).

Our students have been hard at work at home with virtual learning. This month they had an additional challenge. How are you a good friend? This question was answered in many ways in the form of heart artwork. Enjoy this video with creations from our students at Meeker Elementary School. This is our Sharpening the Saw activity for our Virtual Leadership Day!

Each month we choose Exemplary students that highlight each particular habit. For the Month of March our students showed Habit 6 - Synergize! The students can synergize by working together with students or teachers, valuing those around you and their strengths, and being humble in group situations. Below you will find our digital certificate for the students who have done a great job of Synergizing!
Congratulations to our Habit 6 Exemplary Leaders! You have done a great job Synergizing!
