I grew up in Western Washington with  my parents and younger brother.  I attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA,  and received my Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Engish and Minor in History.  I then continued to receive my Master's in Elementary Education at the same college.  I taught for 8 years in Lakewood, WA, before moving to Fort Collins, CO.  In  2007 I began teaching at Ann K. Heiman.  I taught there for 11 years before moving to Meeker.  I have taught Kindergarten- 4th grade during my 20 years as a teacher. I am so excigted to move up to 2nd grade this year with my first graders!
