My name is Amber Branecky, and I am excited for another year at Centennial Elementary School as your school counselor! It is my goal to reach every student through whole-class lessons, small groups, and one-on-one meetings throughout the year, but also to provide more specific support for students through small groups and individual meetings. I love to build partnerships with the many fantastic community resources that exist in the Greeley-Evans community, and can connect your family with these organizations upon request. Professionally, my other main interests include anxiety management, bullying prevention, trauma sensitivity, and building a culturally sustaining school counseling program.
I am a native of Texas, a long-time teacher and counselor in elementary and middle schools, an avid reader, cook, hiker, and traveler, and a wife and mom of two young daughters. This is my tenth year as a part of District 6 and as a Coloradoan, and I love being a part of this community! Please reach out to me if I can support you or your student.
