Mrs. Vasquez

Welcome to Second Grade! My name is Mrs. Vasquez and I am so excited to start the year off with lots of fun learning! I am a Colorado native, growing up in Longmont. I moved to Greeley for college and attended the University of Northeren Colorado where I got my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Earth Science. After graduating college, I moved to California for a year to be with my husband who was stationed there as a U.S. Marine. While living in California I taught STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) to first-fifth graders.

In my free time I love to be outdoors with my husband and our dogs, Oakley and Remi or reading a good book in my backyard.
