Degrees and Certifications:
Hello! My name is Megan Klein and this is my first year with Brentwood Middle School and my 7th year as a School Counselor. I was born & raised in Ohio where I attended college at The Ohio State University in Columbus (Go Bucks!). After graduating from The OSU in 2012, I then attended The University of Dayton where I received my Masters in School Counseling in 2014. I have had the opportunity to work at the high school, middle school and elementary levels, which has given me a wonderful variety of experiences and perspectives in education. In 2019, My husband Michael and I, along with our two dogs Nash and Rufus, moved to Fort Collins, Colorado.
I love to learn new things. I am an artist and love the outdoors. I love to play sports, read, write, listen to music and spend time with my family and friends. I have a passion for connecting with others and love to connect with as many students, families and staff members as possible. The relationships and connections we have been able to build at Brentwood make the middle school experience special, valuable and supportive for our students.
In addition to counseling, I am the MTSS (Multi-tiered Systems of Support) Coordinator, the 504 Plan Coordinator and a Co-advisor for The Genders & Sexualities Alliance. For question regarding these school supports, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Go Bucks, Go Bengals & Have a Wonderful Day :)
