We are excited to have the opportunity to offer an after school program for our 3rd through 5th graders this fall semester. Teachers will be handing out invitations during conferences on September 30 and October 3rd. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:15-4:30 p.m. beginning October 15th through December 19th. We apologize that we are unable to offer transportation. District 6 Headlines
Seven candidates are running for 4 open positions on the Greeley-Evans School District 6 Board of Education. The Greeley-Weld County League of Women Voters is hosting a forum at which candidates can present their positions and answer questions from those in attendance. Kathleen Milligan will be moderating. This event will livestream at 6:30pm.
Civic engagement and participation in our communities is essential to the success of our students and our schools. That is why we encourage all of you to make sure you are registered to vote in the November 5, 2019 election. There are several vacancies on local elected boards, including the District 6 Board of Education, as well as important ballot issues that directly impact our school district.
The 19th annual Greeley Invitational Marching Band Festival will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 at District 6 Stadium, 100 71st Avenue in Greeley. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students (5 and under are free).
