Advanced Placement (AP) Forms

All students enrolled in an AP course will automatically be registered for the coresponding AP exam.  If you do not wish to take the exam you must complete the Opt-Out form (linked below).  The form must be recieved in the Main Office by Friday, February 23, 2018.

Opt OUT Form

If you would like to take an AP exam for a course you are not enrolled in you must complete the Opt-In form (linked below).  For example a student enrolled in IB History may want to take the AP US History exam, and would need to complete this for to sign up for the AP exam.  The form must be recieved in the Main Office by Friday, February 23, 2018.

Opt IN Form

If you need assistance in paying for your exam fees please complete the Application for Financial Assistance form below.  Money should never be a reason that you do not take an AP exam.  If you think that you can pass an AP exam we (GWHS) want you to take that exam.  Extra money has been set aside for just this purpose.
