Technology Troubleshooting
-
All ECA students are assigned their own laptop, charger, and laptop bag that they are responsible for during the school year. Students should bring their laptops charged and ready to go every day!
Professor Hoffer is ECA's Technology Coordinator, and students with technology and/or laptop issues should contact her. They may find her in the Library during school hours or can email her at chelaine.hoffer@aims.edu.

D2L / AIMS Password
Students: You are the only one that knows your AIMS password.
If you have forgotten it, you will have to click on reset password where you would normally log in to myaims.aims.edu
You will need your AIMS ID number (A number) and you will have to remember the answers to the security questions you created when you first enrolled at ECA/AIMS.If you can't reset your password, call up AIMS Help Desk at (970) 339-6380. -
