GAP provides students the opportunity to accelerate the pace for gaining credits. Students work on their own and at their own pace with the help of a tutor if/when needed. GAP offers a flexible schedule; students can work, take classes at AIMS through our concurrent enrollment program, OR join our intership and job opportunities program.
GAP is designed to help Juniors and Seniors who are slightly behind on credits in order to graduate on-time.
In order for Seniors to graduate on time, they should have
12-13 credits at the start of the 1st quarter
14-15 credits at the start of the 2nd quarter
16-17 credits at the start of the 3rd quarter
18-19 credits at the start of the 4th quarter
In order for Juniors to graduate on time, they should have
4-5 credits at the start of the 1st quarter
6-7 credits at the start of the 2nd quarter
7-8 credits at the start of the 3rd quarter
9-10 credits at the start of the 4th quarter
