Greeley-Evans School District 6 awarded Roche Constructors the new $49.5 million Tointon Academy of Pre-Engineering in Greeley, Colorado. 

Designed by DLR Group, the new PK-8 school will be a 137,000 square foot facility designed to accommodate 900-950 students. The 34.5 acre site is located adjacent to the Boomerang Golf Course on 71st Avenue and 4th Street, which is across the street from Roche's corporate office. RLH Engineering is the owner's representative. 

Preconstruction will start immediately, and construction is scheduled to start in the spring of 2021 with completion scheduled for the summer of 2022.
