District 6 seeks citizens to serve on facilities team
Greeley-Evans School District 6 is seeking residents of Greeley and Evans to serve on a Facility Master Planning Team that will be reviewing assessments of existing facilities and looking at future needs to accommodate growth in the student population.
Greeley-Evans School District 6 has contracted with the Cunningham Group to conduct a Facility Planning and Outreach Study. The purpose of this study is to analyze current district facility needs to help provide safe and positive personalized learning environments as students become college, career, and life ready.
Greeley-Evans School District 6, along with the Cunningham Group, is looking to include members of the community to be a part of these discussions. Business leaders, community members, parents, staff, and students are invited to be a part of this task force. Participants will need to commit to attending all three of these workshops:
- November 7, 2018, from 4-7 p.m. at the Administration Building (1025 9th Avenue, Greeley)
- December 3, 2018, from 4-7 p.m. at the Administration Building
- January 23, 2019, from 4-7 p.m. at the Administration Building
Those interested in serving on this team should complete an application by 4 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2018.
