GREELEY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL HAS SWITCHED TO REMOTE LEARNING THURSDAY (1/20) AND FRIDAY (1/21)
Here's the communication from Mr. Smith, our Principal:
This is Cary Smith, principal at Greeley Central. I'm calling to inform you that we have made the decision to go remote for the next two days. This means students will not come to school tomorrow or Friday. But they will be expected to log into their courses from home and do the learning and coursework provided.
It is important to know that we are making this decision due to staffing shortages--not because of an out-break in our school. We are just having trouble staffing every classroom due to Omicron.
Students will be expected to return to school on Monday, January 24th. I will follow this call up with an email that outlines what I have just shared. So please be looking for that.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility in the age of a pandemic. Let's hope it all goes away soon.
Please feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.
