PANORAMA SURVEY

District 6 thanks you and your family for being our valued partners as we work together to educate the children in our district. We value input from our community – and we wish to hear from your child or children! Students are important partners as we work to improve our communication, academic program, and overall experience for everyone.

In order to learn more about student experiences at school, District 6 will be having students in grades 3-12 participate in 3 surveys throughout the year. These surveys are provided and administered by Panorama Surveys. Each survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to administer and will be completed during the school day.

Please notify us if you would like to opt your child out of taking any or all surveys by completing this online Google form at https://forms.gle/HDtCMbM24LLUR8ER9 or complete the information at the bottom of the letter from the district and return it to Greeley Central.

Please communicate by THIS Friday, September 8, 2023, if you do not want your child to participate in these surveys.

If you would like to have your child(ren) participate in these surveys, no action is required.
