What are some of your most memorable athletic accomplishments?
"Playing on a national lacrosse team, and leading the Greeley West wrestlers this season."
What are your goals for this season?
"I am dedicated to making it to the wrestling state competition, and placing in the top six."
How do athletics make you a better student?
"The mental strength and dedication built up by sports is second to none. Sports breed strong people. And strong people move the world."
What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?
"I remember that only through adversity can true resilience be forged. Only through the hard times, can one find their inner strength."
What is the best part about competing?
"Competing at any level, across any platform, is so mentally rewarding. Competing amongst your peers, or against them, can lead to tremendous boosts in confidence, and strengthen an individual's sense of self."
What are your career or college plans after you graduate high school?
"I wish to study psychology at Utah Valley University, and join both the lacrosse and wrestling team."

"Nobody does it quite like Eminem. Gotta roll with the classics."
What is your go-to Pre-Competition food?
"As wrestlers, we're taught to keep simple. I always roll with a delicious roast beef sub sandwich with a side of applesauce."
