What are some of your most memorable athletic accomplishments? 

"Winnin the league in both basketball and soccer, getting honorable mention All-Conference in basketball as a freshman, first team All-Conference and All-State honorable mention as a sophomore in basketball, and I was voted team MVP. This year, being voted team captain for basketball."


What are your goals for this season? 

"Continue to be a leader on the team go further in the playoffs than last year for both sports."


How do athletics make you a better student?

"Athletics allow me to learn how to face adversity and what to do to overcome that adversity. It also teaches me how to work with others and form good relationships with other people."


What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?

"When I am under pressure, I use positive self talk and encouragement, as well as trusting my abilities to carry me out of whatever pressure I am under."


What is the best part about competing? 

"I love getting to use all my abilities and getting to play the sports I love playing. I also love that I get to play alongside my friends. I have formed close relationships through the sports I play."


What are your career or college plans after you graduate high school?

"The ideal plan would be to continue my basketball career in college, and graduate from that college with a degree in a career field I am interested in."


What is on your Pre-Competition Music Playlist?

"Christian and country music."


What is your go-to Pre-Competition food?

"Mac and cheese."
