Vaccine Clinic for Students 16 and Older

Greeley-Evans School District 6 is partnering with Sunrise Community Health, which is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for District 6 students, age 16 and older, on Saturday, April 10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Monfort Family Clinic located at 2930 11th Avenue. Students participating in this clinic will receive their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, and will be scheduled for a second dose three weeks from Saturday. Students must sign up by 5 p.m. April 8 for an appointment.

The COVID-19 vaccine has been proven to be safe for teens 16 and older and is nearly 100 percent effective in preventing young people from becoming ill with COVID-19. We encourage all families to consider receiving this vaccine. Parents must consent to allow minor children to receive the vaccine. Students 18 years and older do not need parental consent to receive the vaccine.
