What are your goals for this season?
"My upcoming goal for this season is to get a state banner."
How do athletics make you a better student?
"Athletics push me to be a better student because not only do I have to be a role model on the court but off as well. School always comes first. That's why it's a Student Athlete."
What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?
"I always put my team first. I have to lead them as a captain, and if I fall under pressure, my team will as well. They are the reason why I keep my head on straight."
What is the best part about competing?
"The best part about competing is definitely the feeling I get when we win. And seeing a bunch of different athletes and their skills.
What are your career or college plans after you graduate high school?
"I plan to attend UNC."
What is on your Pre-Competition Music Playlist?
"My music varies depending on what gets not only my team hyped up, but myself as well."
What is your go-to Pre-Competition food?
"Definitely Jimmy Johns. It gives me all of the right nutrients for the game, and I've been eating it since the beginning of the season. So now, I'm just very superstitious that I have to eat it before every game."
