How do athletics make you a better student?
"Athletics make me a better student because they give me a reason to put effort into my academics. Being a student athlete means being a student before being an athlete, and that is my motivation."
What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?

What advice do you have for younger athletes who want to join your sport?
"For the younger athletes, my biggest tip is to try everything. Track is great sport because there's so many events fit for different athletes. You're not going to find your event right away, so try everything you're interested in early."
