"My greatest athletic achievement had to have been when I was awarded All Conference because it represented the hard work that I had put in."
What are your goals for this season?
"My goal is to create a foundation for the underclassmen in the baseball program to build on."
How do athletics make you a better student?
"Sports taught me to be a student first and an athlete second. I have also learned ow to be a more disciplined and patient learner in the classroom."
What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?
"I focus on my breathing. I like taking a deep breath if I feel pressured."
What is the best part about competing?
"Being out there with my teammates and having to trust one another to get the job done."
What are your career or college plans after you graduate high school?
"I plan on playing college baseball out of state while studying accounting or real estate."
What advice do you have for younger athletes who want to join your sport?
"Don't be afraid to fail, baseball is a game of failure. You are going to fail no matter what, so just focus on having fun and making memories with your teammates."

"'Bank Account' by 21 Savage."

"McDonalds."
