Tell us about your greatest athletic achievement to date:

"It was probably when we won state my junior year!"


What are your goals for this season? 

"The season is over, but I want to help make next year's team members feel welcome."


How do athletics make you a better student?

"Participating in athletics has taught me a lot about time management skills, which helps me with academics." 


What mental tool do you use when you're under pressure?

"I think through whatever I'm stressed about step-by-step. For example, if I'm stressed about a competition, I run through the day's schedule in my head."  


What is the best part about competing?

"Feeling proud of what we put on the floor." 


What are your career or college plans after you graduate high school?

"I'm going to college to study finance and accounting."  


What advice do you have for younger athletes who want to join your sport?

"Always work hard and never stop improving." 


What is your favorite song to listen to prior to competing?

"I like to listen to the son of whatever dance we're competing." 


What is your go-to Pre-Competition food?

"I usually have a snack and a Gatorade."
